Special Conditions
- Rates are per bungalow and per night based on 1 adult
- Rates are expressed in XPF and are inclusive of all taxes:
- 5% VAT
- Tourist tax 60 xpf/night/person
- Minimum 2 nights
- High season from May 1st to November 30th / Low season from December 1st to April 30th
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : 15 000 XPF
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival : 50% of the stay will be charged
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged
